The ThermoVault1000-FP-CERT system comes with a stainless steel thermal barrier and a Temp1000FP data logger. This durable system can withstand temperatures up to 230°C when completely submerged and 350°C in dry heat applications (enclosure o-ring removed). The ThermoVault1000-FP is easy to use, simply open the enclosure, insert the Temp1000FP, thread the probe through the end cap and latch it back onto the barrier body. The Thermovault1000-FP is built for use in applications that required extreme temperature monitoring, such as with furnace profiling, geothermal down-hole recording, and oven data logging. The device is calibrated traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology and comes with a Calibration Certificate. Applications: extreme temperature monitoring, food processing, oven monitoring - convention oven - curing ovens - baking ovens - batch ovens - conveyor or continuous oven - walk-in / truck-in ovens, dry heat sterilization, autoclave validation, furnace/kiln profiling, geothermal down-hole temperature recording, chemical processing.

The ThermoVault-CERT is a thermally insulated, battery powered, stand alone, thermocouple based temperature data logger used for the thermal profiling of ovens. The device records temperature data inside an oven to be later downloaded from to the user’s PC. The ThermoVault will measure and record data for up to 500,000 measurements per channel. It can withstand an oven temperature of up to 572°F for up to 15 minutes when properly sealed. The devices real time clock ensures that all data is time and date stamped. The storage medium is non-volatile solid state memory, providing maximum data security even if the battery becomes discharged. The device can be started and stopped directly from your computer and its small size allows it to fit almost anywhere. The ThermoVault makes data retrieval quick and easy. Simply plug it into an empty USB port and our user-friendly software does the rest. The device is calibrated traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology and comes with a Calibration Certificate. The TempRetrieverRH-CERT is a low cost, reusable, humidity and temperature data logger. No external probes are required to achieve its high performance as both the humidity and temperature sensors are internal to the device. The device can record up to 16,383 readings in its non-volatile memory and coupled with up to a one year battery life, this makes for the perfect temperature and humidity data logger when keeping down costs is paramount. The MadgeTech software includes a full host of features that allow the user to set the start method (i.e. pushbutton, delayed start or immediate start), start date and time, sample rate, high/low alarm limits, 6-character device ID and a 16-character extended ID. Data can be offloaded and displayed in most common temperature and humidity units. The software will also automatically calculate Mean Kinetic Temperature, dew point, water vapor concentration as well as other useful statistics to simplify analysis. For additional custom analysis, the data can be quickly exported into a MS Excel spreadsheet with the click of a button. The TempRetrieverRH is available with an extended warranty. The device is calibrated traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology and comes with a Calibration Certificate. The TransiTempII-CERT is a low cost, splash proof temperature data logger featuring a highly precise semiconductor temperature sensor and an ABS plastic enclosure. This affordable device is ideal for monitoring and recording the temperature of all types of perishable prod¬ucts, including food items and medical/pharmaceutical goods, both in storage and in transit. Program the TransiTempII for an immediate start or a delayed start for up to 30 days. The device can also be started by use of a magnetic wand. Because there are no buttons on this logger, there is no risk of it being accidentally stopped or started. The reading rate can be set anywhere between once every five seconds to once every thirty minutes. The total reading capacity of the TransiTempII is 32,767 data points, one of the highest reading limits of all such loggers on the market today. For increased understanding of events that impact recorded temperatures, users can "mark" data points with a quick wave of the magnetic wand. Three status LED indicators alert the user to the temperature status, with green signaling safe conditions, yellow indicating that warning limits have been exceeded, and red denoting that alarm limits have been exceeded. Two of the most outstanding features of the TransiTempII are the available docking station (sold separately) and the accompanying free software. To download data, simply slip the logger into the docking station and select "Download Data" After download, the software’s clear, easy-to-read graphs and data tables are automatically created and ready to use. Temperature data may be shown in degrees Celsius, Fahrenheit, Kelvin or Rankine. More complex analyses, such as Mean Kinetic Temperature, can be performed with just one click of the mouse, while users needing to perform additional analyses can easily export data to MS Excel. The device is calibrated traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology and comes with a Calibration Certificate.
